MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
At Good Hill, we believe the old adage, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
There are many benefits when you obtain a Maintenance Agreement from us for your home or business. Good Hill Mechanical's agreement holders are provided with automatic scheduling based on the Manufacturer's Recommended Maintenance that is specifically tailored to your equipment. Preventative maintenance enables your comfort systems to operate at their maximum efficiency and performance(reducing fuel costs); hence, there are generally fewer breakdowns, and the life of the equipment is prolonged. In addition, we offer a reduced flat rate, which includes labor and materials; and all trip charges are waived during routine maintenance calls. Another perk for our agreement holders is Preferred Customer status, which entitles you to priority service during times of extreme weather.
